REFUND STATEMENT:
If you cancel your registration to attend this event and apply for a refund, you need to contact the ACTJC Office in writing more than 3 working days from the event date OR in the case of catered events, 5 working days from the event date. We will appreciate it if registrants take into consideration prior to requesting a refund that venue, catering for food and beverage, etc may have been finalised and therefore have incurred considerable and non-refundable costs to the ACTJC. Where a registered attendee fails to attend an event for which they are registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded. A full refund will be given to all registrants if an event has been cancelled by the ACTJC. Please email your request to the office at actadmin@actjc.org.au.
